Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the actual outbound shipping, insurance, and signature confirmation costs incurred.

Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met:

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

Order Fulfillment & Pricing Errors
For security and quality assurance, all orders are packaged and inspected under continuous video surveillance. This ensures accuracy and protects both our customers and our business.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur due to technical or human error. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order prior to shipment. Customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund for any amounts charged.
In situations where an item is temporarily unavailable and the customer is contacted and agrees to proceed with an alternative item, substitute, or delayed shipment, such orders are considered customer-approved. Any returns resulting from these circumstances are not considered our error, and return shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Additionally, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, change of mind, sizing concerns, or expectations not explicitly stated in the product description does not qualify as our error.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to returns shipped using carriers or labels not provided or approved by us.
Condition Disputes
We document all items prior to shipment, including weight, condition, and serial/identifying characteristics when applicable.
Any claims of “item not as described” must relate to a material difference from the listing description — not buyer preference, size expectations, or misunderstanding of specifications clearly stated in the listing.
Refund Process
Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect your shipment. If everything meets the conditions outlined above, we will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping and delivery charges, within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Please note: we are not responsible for merchandise that is lost, damaged, or not returned in accordance with these terms.
Layaway & Reserved Orders
Items purchased through layaway or reservation programs are not eligible for full refunds. These items may be eligible for store credit or exchange, and a restocking fee may apply due to inventory being reserved for an extended period.
Watch Returns
Watch purchases may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation.
Watches showing signs of wear, damage, or water exposure will not be accepted. Returns missing original materials or documentation will be rejected.
Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms above and to apply appropriate deductions where applicable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All products will be tested strictly before shipping.
we do our best to ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible. Normally, orders have approx. a 24-48 business hour processing time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST) unless further verification is needed.
Sizing and customization may require longer period of time in handling.
To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please be sure that your billing and shipping address both match for credit card purchases and that your shipping address is confirmed if using Paypal as your payment method. Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we require further verification (which may include but not limit to providing a photo ID) prior to shipping out the package.
Additional to our processing times, your package will be received depending on the shipping method chosen during checkout.
Upon shipping out the order, a tracking number will be attached to your order and you will receive an email confirmation. You may check the status of your order, as well as other details by logging in after purchasing.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS : Items shipped outside the US will be subject to custom fees upon delivery. Each country has its own tax rate, so please check with your local post office if you would like to know how much these fees would be. The shipping fees paid upon checkout do not include any custom fees.
Returns / Refunds / Exchange Policies
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date provided it meets the following criteria:
-Returned with all original accessories, paperwork, tags and gift boxes.
-Item must be in its original UNWORN condition and without any scratches, marks or blemishes.
-All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
-Items must not have been sized or adjusted in length on special requests by us or by a local jeweler.
-Return shipping/handling fee is to be paid by buyers.
-Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
-There will be a 10% restocking fee for all eligible returned items.
-Any damaged items or any items showing signs of wear will be rejected.
- We cannot allow returns or exchanges on "Final Sale" and "Customized" items.

All warranty service must be performed by Gold Bar Jewelers. The warranty is voided for any products opened or serviced by any other party.
Our product are 100% genuine and Warranty length is displayed on the item page on the website.
Warranty service will be provided by Gold Bar Jewelers under following conditions:
1) The warranty does not apply to:
Scratches or changes to the finish
The glass or crystal
The crown or stem
The case,strap or bracelet
Damages caused by excessive wear-and-tear & /or physical abuse
Damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance limitations
Gold Bar Jewelers isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
2) The warranty does apply to:
Manufacturing defects
Watch movement
3) Gold Bar Jewelers will repair/ replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts & labour during the warranty period.
4) All our diamond jewelry will come implied 3 month warranty covering against any manufacturer defects. Any manufacturer defects would be apparent in the 3 month time period. We have jewelers on site that can repair of if necessary replace the item. After the warranty period we offer repair services at nominal pricing as a service to our customers.
5) Warranty return parcels must be clearly shipped with a return form obtained by contacting Jewelry Unlimited customer service via email at support@jewelryunlimited.com. Parcels without invalid return shipping details will be refused.
6) Goods must be returned via traceable carrier, such as Fedex, UPS(United Parcel Service), USPS (United States Postal Services) with insurance & delivery prepaid by the purchaser. Parcels shipped collect will be refused. The customer is liable for loss/damage in transit.
